Neurofeedback In A Nutshell

We will complete a thorough intake so we can fine tune our focus. We will get to the root of what has been weighing on you and keeping you from your best self.

Then, you will complete several 53 minute sessions where you go through “weight training for the brain.” Which involves…

…having electrodes attached to certain areas on your head (comfortable and super safe) while watching certain pictures, playing a game, or holding something.

I will adjust what the electrodes are doing, based off of how calm your mind is. Several sessions of this and you will start to feel the results.

This starts to train and strengthen your mind (the “weight training”) to make yourself go into a state of calm - all on its own.

This is safe, deeply effective, and creates quicker results than talk therapy alone. So you can start to live life feeling safe and like the best version of yourself.
